Yay for dietary advice!

Saw a proper beige-friendly dietician today to double check I was getting adequate nutrition and to see what could be altered to deal with my bodgy liver. The notes here are for my own reference, but the food-challenged amongst you may find it of interest.

Watch now or read first?

I probably read some if not all of Watchmen back at uni*, but my recall of the specifics is fuzzy, shall we say. Husband has now acquired our very own copy, so I have the choice to watch the film or read the book. Which should I do first?

Swancon Sunday

I'm not quite sure what happened to much of Sunday morning at Swancon, so I'll have to start with my plague panel. I'm also struggling to remember the in-between bits, so this report will be largely limited to the scheduled events.
