Nobody here but us chickens

Today started at a train-capture-friendly hour. I arose, bathed, dressed and ate my porridge, then sadly peeled off my shoes and crawled back into bed. This afternoon I foolishly consumed a large amount of not-beige so we'll see how that pans out. In between the two I did get myself out to see BB for a long stroking session.

Wow

Mr Bolt casually winning the 100m was one thing to see, but Bolt trying hard in the 200m was something else again. Beautiful. I'm so glad I caught that.
