Went to physio today for myofacial release.
She was very nice (Canadian, married to a Perth boy originally from New Zealand) but kept saying disturbing things like "oooh!" and "goodness!". At least it wasn't "oops!". She's keen for me to go back as "I don't get to practice that technique very often".
Despite the soundtrack she spoke knowledgeably about my condition, albeit she hadn't seen anything quite like me before. It's nice to be special, but not necessarily in a medical specimen kind of way.
Now I feel a bit stiff and crackly. Time to warm up the wheat pack.
Did get a few hours in the office before the appointment. Baby steps. Have an aromatherpy facial booked in for tomorrow and then I'd really like to go to fefifofum_feed's craft day on Sunday and hem curtains in company. Husband has a gig that afternoon.
