2) I suggest you invest in dark coloured towels and pillowcases. And get some conditioner ready to rub purple off your ears. Scrub your hairline and parting, and it will probably tint your fingernails slightly.
3)It will be visible if your base hair colour is lighter than milk chocolate. And if you are not pre-lightening, the fading colour shouldn't look too ridiculous.
Trust me. I've spent years with hair colours not found in nature.:P
