Well that's just dandy

I have just fallen off a wall. Fortunately only a few inches into a kangaroo paw, rather than a few feet on to bricks, but grazed my wrist nastily on the way down. That would be my left wrist, not the right arm I bashed falling out of bed a couple of nights ago.

For the record, the wall capping came off, I didn't just lose my balance. Details and pithy analysis to follow, it's starting to sting a bit.
