Tradesmen frequently neglect to appear for appointments to do quotes or work. Have you ever wondered where they go instead?
Husband took tunnel tours today at Fremantle Prison, where he was joined by a punter in paint-splattered overalls. This (house) painter had been scheduled to turn up at a certain private school this morning at 8:00am, but he couldn't find the place.
At 9:30am he said to himself "f*ckit, I'll take the day off," so rocked up to the prison to do the tunnel tour and then the standard above ground tour in the afternoon.
So there you have it. Tradesmen would rather spend the day in prison than come to your house.
