Food: Cashew and pear rice lettuce wraps

I think the subject line about covers the recipe, but for my future reference:
Mushy white rice mixed with a mushed tinned pear half (tinned in syrup) and half a dozen roughly chopped raw cashews. Wrap bite sized bits in iceberg lettuce. Failsafe as far as I can tell. Certainly pale :-) I was pleasantly surprised by pear-flavoured rice.
I have yet to follow a recipe in my brand new recipe book per se, but am getting into the swing of the new cooking vocabulary and can feel my traditional cooking creative processes kicking in.
EDIT: In future, do not cook the cashews - just use them raw. This creates amines.
