Turning the tables

Just took a call from a recruiter as I do on occasion. I quite enjoy getting called. Makes me feel wanted. This time, however, I was able to decline and then turn the tables by asking if I could interview him.
I'm delivering another lecture to the ACS in July about the selection, care and feeding of technical writers (of which there are many types and for whom standard tick-a-box selection techniques are not appropriate). So I quite enjoyed telling this guy that I would keep his name and number on file and call him when I was ready to interview him. He seemed... startled :P
Tee hee. A whiff of revenge for recruitment hell. One for you
