My "B" key has just fallen off the laptop keyboard. Obviously I can still press "B" but it slows down my typing speed no end.
I'm not looking forward to going through the support process :-(
EDIT: ...and with good reason. The "24/7" tech support phone line just gave me a recorded brush off with noise about office hours! And the e-mail support won't even get a look-see until tomorrow. Maybe. I was warned it's a "low priority contact method". Unbelievable. I cannot believe how much I coughed up for support and warranty, *specifically* some kind of 24/7 contact. Grrrr.
