Spoilage

Indulged in several forms of spoilage today.

(1) Went with Husband to (2) JB HiFi's where I'd given myself permission to (3) buy the latest Michael Buble album Crazy Love. Also (4) gave myself permission to buy the rest of Dr Who S5 (I have the last volume but I need to watch the whole series from start to finish in concentrated form). Dr Who not available today, but the permission is the thing. It will be mine!

After a reasonable run of 4 weeks I gave myself permission to (5) purchase and (6) consume some white chocolate. It was nice, but (7) not the mind-blowing transformative experience I'd half hoped/feared. This is good because I don't feel that I've fallen off the wagon; there's a good chance I'll get through the next week without eating chocolate again, and a week is all I ask of myself. If I can make more than a week, that's a bonus, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. It's a minute-to-minute proposition sometimes, but all I need to do is get past that one minute. And survive every trip to the shops.

(8) Went to work for a short but productive/destructive 2 hours before the pain carried me away. I'm teasing out something sensible from the main product presentation which has been growing for years and which suffers from just a little too much colour and movement. It's incomprehensible to anyone who lacks a detailed knowledge of the product, which new resellers are finding a little distracting.

(9) Watched much animal TV, including the much-anticipated "Incredibly Pissed Cat Does Hydrotherapy" episode of The Bionic Vet.

(10-11-12) Spent some quality time with Husband listening to the new Michael Buble album (13) which was several kinds of awesome and which (14) inspired much musical conversation. DIY spontaneous James Bond movie credits are fun :-)

(15) Made the observation that Princess' coat had definitely improved at some point since mid December when she started the hypoallergenic diet. She's getting her fluffy back. She's shaking her ears a bit, but (16) doesn't appear to be drawing blood. OK, that's probably not technically spoilage, but it's good news which I choose to enjoy.
