Wakey wakey
It's just a bit too early to go to bed, but I'm struggling to stay awake. I just need to hang on for another 40 minutes or so. Ideas?
It's late
1AM as I start this, and not a good time to be up and about with dreams of going to work tomorrow. Today, though, and its setbacks made me think I have another couple of bad days to go before I will perk up again. So I'm not mourning tomorrow as lost when it was never mine to start with.
This night restlessness is a good sign. My body is starting to recognise that sleeping *all* the time is probably not necessary. I hope so. I have things to do.

The Sleep Study

Selective attention
Have received my paperwork for the sleep study next week, which included a list of things to bring. The interesting short version of the list includes: night attire, reading glasses, pillow, alcohol, sedatives and a camera.
Sounds like a packing list for a short sighted porn star.
