Three-way TV tie

I have not joined any of the digital, cable, paid or internet television entertainment revolutions (unless you count YouTube).



However, this evening between 8 and 8:30pm the humble free-to-air broadcast channels have divided my loyalties in three directions: David Attenborough, Jeremy Clarkson and Carson Cressley. Kittens, cars and cashmir (cardigans? cravats? kilts?). What to do?

Watch Top Gear (no ads), record Tigers (ads), and sacrifice self-esteem with a makeover. It happens.

And briefly, went to see BB this afternoon. He's a bit worn out after a busy week, but enjoyed an hour of pampering, some minor IT support, and a smidgen of kitchenicity. He's very much with us and I am reassured.

Actually, thanks for the heads up. That was a particularly good Top Gear, and the tigers were cute, too.

Dame Helen Mirren ran rings around Jeremy, and the scenery in Austria was gorgeous.
