Pretty rock of the day: Agatized Jasper from Utah

These are microscope shots of an unpolished slab of Agatized Jasper from Utah. I'm too tired for words, so I'll let the pictures speak.











This last one I hope to make even more lovely in post by fixing the glare spots and some of the speckle. I see a naked woman, do you? She's reclining and her head is to the left, resting on her bent arm. The breasts are *right there* and the rest of the body fragments into symbolic curves.



Perhaps she is asleep in an enchanted forest where the vines are red as blood...

Or I need more sleep. As always I'd love to know what other people see in these. It almost certainly won't get you arrested.

On second-to-last one, I see cave paintings. Starting in upper left and going down:

* A person on ski-like things looking over zir shoulder at a flying thing that might be shooting at it.
* A seahorse-ish critter pointing a long gun (? camera?) at a flower-like object.
