Once emboldened by false hope I must now concede defeat. Purina Tidy Cats Multiple Strength Clumping Kitty Litter is not to be had in Western Australia by fair means or fowl*.

They. Lied. To. Me.

I'm sure this is the kind of push that kicks off a mad scientist's career in questionable DIY. I've certainly got the space for a lab. Hmmmm.

Bugger - emboldened by your success, I was just about to ring up and order some from the local 'better pets and gardens' place. Do they now claim it's impossible, or have you just given up on a mythical delivery?

They tell me that the WA Purina wholesaler does not supply the product to anyone at all, and no Better P&G places have any in stock. I'm sure they could have found this out two weeks ago >:|

I like the recycled paper stuff. Coles own brand used to be great but they appear not to make it any more - the closest is Harry Whatsit's (the vet all over the telly) and it's twice the price. I also like the pine pellets.

Gus wees too much (thanks to cystitis) and the clumping litter goes like cement - I have to change it every day!
