I have a long essay/post on the boil about how and why I cheat at the card game of Patience. At the moment it's also the best candidate as the genesis for my next (first?) semi-serious attempt at science fiction publication after my conference paper. Pizza with the works

I've been a bad girl for over a week now, culminating (hopefully) in the ultimate non-beige food: Greenwood Village Works pizza. Oooohh but it was good, and it looks like sundry enzymes and herbs helped it to go down with a much smaller protest than expected.

( You probably deserve a warning of some sort. Um, it's about me being a bit whiny, confessional, and generally crazy about food. Plus a dose of emotional insight. )
