So, ouch
Have had a very bad run with pain of late especially in my arms so this will be short, but I wanted to get something down on record.
About lunchtime I thought to check the weather forecast, and was surprised to discover nothing but fine weather. I'd kind of hoped that I had some impending weather event to blame for the nastiness. So, later when the forecast was updated to include showers I felt some justification. But frankly I'd prefer to be surprised by the weather and just have a damn life.
And that's it. I'm off to seek chemical relief.
