The waters have broken

Trying to feel if my sunburn was blistering, I discovered that it was one big blister which has now burst. A startling amount of fluid came out, and of course there's been peeling stage 1. Wish me strength for the drying, cracking and itchy phases! Am-o-lin baby nappy rash cream is my friend.

I hope you've got cortisone cream and aloe vera cream as well. Both excellent for sunburn. A lesson I learned from beauticians back when I was a career woman getting regular facials to make up for the misery: you don't have to choose between them. Just use them all! Layer them! But I'd use the nice anti-inflammatory cortisone first.
