Saw my psychiatrist today. No jokes this time. I have requested and received a referral for counselling. Writing is useful, but sometimes you need to talk.

The right counselor is a pearl beyond price.

The wrong counselor, OTOH, is a nightmare I wouldn't wish on almost anyone.
