Tigers!

I've been bereft of internet support for DAYS but I can now report briefly that I have indeed touched a tiger. Excruciating detail and video to follow.

I've been successfully surviving encounters with felines of a lesser sort, though I'm sure one of them was looking at me with an "I wonder if he tastes like chicken" expression.

Oh that's wonderful. And we did indeed see baby tigers today, as emma noted. And we even saw mating lions - unfortunately, that were both male.

I've fed chicken to a tiger, and was relieved there was a huge fence between me and said tiger. Who used to be at Dreamworld, but hospitalised just a few too many keepers, and so was moved to a huge well-defended enclosure in the Canberra Zoo.
