Quickie bloods

Got some blood tests back today. Short version is:

• Kidneys and liver still working.


• I'm sick


• I'm inflamed


• I'm close to anaemic.


• Vit D dropping

Thinking of getting some help re trying to sneak some iron past my defences. Maybe back to dietician or even heath shop hippies. Maybe drink the blood of hyperactive kittens. One of those.

Need to go back to the high dose of Vit D. Apparently I need it.

Seem to have survived having the B12 shot as well – i.e. no major super-painful nerve flare.

Feels like I'm getting over the infection – no longer have that sick/ill feeling. Vomiting this morning unrelated to that, just the usual.

Baseline atm is very poor – very tired, weak, irritable. Some of that could be pending weather change.
