There is a difference between choosing to be still, and avoiding all challenge to take the personally easiest option regardless of the consequences. The latter is what I consider to be laziness, and it benefits no-one.

I think the world benefits a great deal from people who choose to be still on occasion. It's sometimes a difficult choice, and so by no means fits the definition of laziness.

Resting is not laziness if that is what is necessary, but it is still a conscious choice.

For me being lazy means not even trying to make good decisions, and that is not acceptable.
