(a) I'm not whining, I'm troubleshooting.
(b) I'm not trying to write a book (as in a publishable thing), but
(c) Had a breakthrough this morning to wrap it up as an office-based project management story that makes me the narrator as more-or-less myself. The writing is starting to feel much more bloggish, which was my goal. And heaven help us all, the idea might actally be vaguely original :-)
