Yum!
Rice vermicelli and bean thread noodles have become staples for me (being GF and all), and I love fetta.
Can you add olive oil to that, or is it non-beige?

Olive oil is not beige. In truth, neither is fetta, but it's on the safe end of bad. Flaxseed oil is permitted if it is cold. I often add it to plain boiled rice.

Are you able to have pine nuts?
I'm guessing dried cranberries are completely out of the question.
