Lost skills

I was reminded today that I used to be able to make balloon animals. I doubt very much that I could make one today, but that loss causes me no regret. It was a briefly held skill, and left unpractised it died a natural death.

What skills have you allowed to pass away over the years? Some forgotten craft, trick, musical instrument, dance move?
