Creak
I've had a twingy lower back for the last couple of weeks, but I thought it had settled down. This morning I did the classic cough-at-the-wrong-angle thing and Son of Twinge appeared. Just a baby.
During the day I did a few stupid things, like hang and haul a lot of laundry, and walk to the shops wearing the killer orthopedic shoes, which otherwise are usually helpful at ironing out kinks.
And now I can't pick up my socks. And I walk funny. Dang.
