I'll say one thing for the food trials - it's reminded me of how much I've improved. The breathing thing is particularly interesting. Last year I got to the "Hmmmm. Should I be calling an ambulance?" point a few times. I'd also forgotten how uncomfortable a racing heart can be.

Unfortunately the pizza was intensely pleasurable.
