My latest search for plain carob resulted in Carob Buckwheat Crispbread, from the Naturally Good label.

Now, this is more like the carob I remember: no added sugar, with a muddy aftertaste. And foretaste. And duringtaste. Kill me now.

Now where did I see that 100g $6.70 bar?

If you get a chance could you look to see if there's any unflavoured (no fruit or nuts) carob that still has sugar? i.e. No "No added sugar" on the label.

BTW I haven't fogotten about you and the rat book. My sister has it now but I remember you wanted to read it.
