4 1/2 years ago the fish place was inside the Western-most mini-shopping centre on Gt Eastern Hwy. Same centre as The Junction ice creamery and a fresh fruit/vege market. I could probably dredge up better directions if necessary, but I honestly don't know if it's even still there.

Best Chinese was next door to the BP servo on Morrison Rd, just on the East side of Roe Hwy. The name? Probably Lucky Golden Gardens or permutations thereof :-)
